Rates: $155 to $185 single/double occupancy +state and local hotel tax
Rate includes full breakfast each morning.
A one-night deposit is required on all reservations. Balance will be charged 6 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations: The Darien Waterfront Inn is a small property with five
guest rooms where every reservation is both important and special to us.
All cancellations must be made by phone with Innkeeper JoAnn. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee per night.
*Festivals, Special Events and Holiday weekends must be paid in full at time of reservation and require a 14-day cancellation notice. Full refunds will be made if we are able to rebook your reservation dates minus a $25 processing fee per night.
Room Assignment: Rooms are booked individually, but are considered equivalent and interchangeable.
The inn reserves the right to reassign bookings to accommodate special needs or multiple night stays.
Additional Guest: Our guest rooms have one king size bed and are not equipped for additional guests.
Check-in: 3:00-5:00PM: We rely on the arrival time you state on your reservation to schedule our day, please let us know if it changes.
Arrivals after 5:00PM will be sent self-check-in info.
Sunday Self Check-in: Guests arriving on Sunday afternoons will receive self-check-in info prior to arrival.
Early Arrivals: No early arrivals unless pre-arranged with a pre-paid $50 charge. We do the cleaning ourselves, the time between check-out and check-in is our time to clean, run errands, etc. If we are prepared for your arrival prior to 3:00PM we will send you a text letting you know your room is ready.
Quiet Time: 9:00PM – 7:00AM
Check-out: 10:00 AM
Children: We have created the Darien Waterfront Inn is an adult-catering accommodation for those wishing for a quiet retreat. As such, our rooms have one king size bed only and are unequipped for children.
Pets: We cannot accommodate pets

Guest Refrigerator/Freezer: Available on each floor with ice for beverages.
Breakfast: A full breakfast is served each morning from 7:15 AM to 8:45 AM. We offer one of the following options on a rotation: Redneck Eggs Benedict,
Sweet Potato Pancakes, Blueberry Pancakes, Southern Style French Toast, Sausage, Ham or Spinach and Feta Quiche, Fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea.

From the South: Take exit 42 – Take a RIGHT at top of ramp – travel approximately 1 mile and turn LEFT onto US HWY 17N. In about
4.5 miles you will cross the Darien River Bridge and you will see our town ahead of you. Take the first RIGHT off the bridge (Friendly
Express gas station is on the corner) – travel 6 blocks and the Darien Waterfront Inn is on the RIGHT #711 - Look for our SIGN.
